/li /ul pbPractical Information /b /p pLocation: Milan, Italy|Work Arrangement: Hybrid |Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for EU |Language Requirements: Professional/fluentlevel Englishand Italian, both written and verbal /p pWe are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Identity Specialist with hands-on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migration projects and deepexpertisein identity, access management, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design and execute complex migration strategies, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
/p h3KeyResponsibilities /h3 ul liLead and execute end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, including migration strategy design, coexistence planning, and cutover execution /li liManage and troubleshoot identity and directory-related challenges, including Entra ID (Azure AD), domain consolidation, federation, identity mapping, and user lifecycle management /li liUtilize QuestonDemand Migration, Migration Manager,
or equivalent migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects /li liAssess and optimiseMicrosoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements /li liImplement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Defender technologies /li liSupport Microsoft Copilot adoption and governance while providing best-practice guidance to customers and internal stakeholders /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, while producing technical documentation, migration runbooks, operational handover materials, and best-practice guidance for customers and internal teams /li /ul h3What we need to see from you /h3 ul liProven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments /li liStrong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity synchronization, federation, identity governance, and access management /li liHands-on experience with migration tools such as QuestOnDemand Migration, Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, or similar platforms /li liSolid understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models, including E3, E5, Business Premium, add-ons, and advanced security capabilities /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security Compliance, including Microsoft Defender, Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery), and Conditional Access policies /li liExperience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, data security, governance, and user enablement initiatives /li liFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and migrations /li liExcellent analytical, communication,
