pVitalCaring in Italy seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered end-of-life care in field-based home and facility visits.
You will assess patients and families, develop comfort-focused care plans, manage symptoms, and coordinate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to ensure dignity and quality of life.
