Your job is to know where they are and when they need to go back.
/p pYou'll coordinate shipments, track tooling across the network and keep an eye on returns, expiry dates, calibration and repairs.
In AOG situations, timing matters even more.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ulliManage incoming and outgoing tooling shipments /liliKeep full traceability of tools across the network and follow up on their return /liliMonitor shelf life and expiry dates /liliCoordinate calibration, overhaul and repair activities /liliWork with Duty Coordinators, Station Supervisors,



Base Engineers and the Operator's Tooling Department to support tooling availability /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliExcellent written and spoken English /liliStrong organisational skills and attention to detail /liliAbility to manage different priorities and changing operational needs /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team /liliA practical approach to problem solving, including under pressure /li /ul pbNice to have: /b Store Inspector approval or previous tooling knowledge.
