Now Hiring: Sales Associate

Join our team in the heart of Florence, working with an international clientele in a luxury retail environment.

Requirements

- Fluent English required (Italian and additional languages are a plus)

- Friendly, confident, and naturally outgoing

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Comfortable approaching customers and closing sales

- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment

- Flexible availability, including evening shifts (the store is sometimes open until midnight)

Previous retail experience is appreciated but not required. We value personality, professionalism, and a genuine ability to connect with customers.
