pSonoco is seeking an IT Specialist, Field Services Support to ensure reliable end-user computing and local IT infrastructure across our Italian plants and offices.
You will be the onsite liaison for incident resolution, deployments, and IT initiatives, with regular travel between sites.
/ppResponsibilities include Level 2 on-site user support, hardware/software issue resolution, device imaging, and site technology management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
