Supporting interview scheduling and coordination for open roles
Creating and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA Specialist
Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening conversations
Collaborating with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirements
Supporting with ad hoc reporting, presentations and internal meetings
Requirements
Previous experience with sourcing, Boolean search creation, and candidate conversations (even a short internship or academic project is welcome)
Fluent Italian and English, used daily
Any additional European language is a plus, with preference for French, German, Dutch, or Spanish
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for pipeline tracking and reporting
Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
