AlfaDocs is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Milan to help healthcare practices adopt our cloud-based platform.
You will guide onboarding, tailor workflows, and deliver training to doctors and staff, coordinating milestones and risks along the way.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in CS/onboarding, strong communication, and CRM experience.
The role offers a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 3-day in-office, 2-day remote hybrid model and a salary of 30K–32K plus premio.
