This opportunity is aimed at candidates with b3?5 years of relevant experience /b, ideally gained within management consulting, business consulting, digital transformation consulting, financial services consulting, or similar advisory environments.
We are particularly interested in professionals who have developed strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem?solving, and project delivery capabilities through consulting experiences and who are eager to apply these skills in a product?oriented and innovation?driven environment.

/li liAnalyse business needs, market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to support product strategy and roadmap development.
/li liApply analytical thinking and problem?solving skills to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
/li liCollaborate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.
/li liCoordinate cross?functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
/li liSupport the definition, monitoring, and analysis of key product performance indicators and metrics.
/li liPrepare and deliver high?quality presentations, reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
/li liDrive product intelligence initiatives through internal and external data sources, market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
/li liContribute to the development and adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practices that support product innovation and decision?making.
/li liSupport product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, implementation, and post?launch monitoring.

/p h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (with honours preferred).
/li li3?5 years of professional experience, preferably gained within consulting firms, product management, product analysis, business analysis, financial services, ICT, or related areas.
/li liExperience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, process optimisation, product development,
or digital transformation projects.
/li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data and business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.
/li liProven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, gather requirements, conduct structured analyses, and present findings effectively, ideally developed in a consulting environment.
/li liStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liPassion for innovation, technology, and financial services.
/li liExcellent knowledge of both Italian and English.
/li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
/li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast?paced and dynamic environment.
/li liStrong customer orientation, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.

/li liGross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from b€40,000 /b to b€45,000 /b, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
