/p h3Position /h3 pWe are currently seeking a /p pSales Support Coordinator Distributor /p presponsible for coordinating sales support activities for distributor, ensuring operational excellence, continuous process improvement, KPI achievement, and effective collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and IT functions.
/p pMonitor performance, create a productive and positive work environment so that everyone can do their best work.
The candidate acts as the engine that keeps the efficiency of sales processes, order entry, and order management going, and sets up the ideal conditions for the team to work at their full potential.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor turnover performance and analyze order portfolio delays,
identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions /li liPrepare and maintain monthly turnover projections and performance forecasts to support business planning and decision-making /li liCollaborate with Logistics and IT department to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liAnalyze existing workflows and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance the availability and quality of information provided to customers /li liAnalyze logistics and IT flows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cross-functional collaboration /li liMonitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives /li liCoordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, xlwpduy Economics, Engineering, or a related field /li liExcellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus /li liPrevious experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role /li liStrong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and workflow analysis /li liGood understanding of logistics, order management, and business processes /li liAbility to monitor KPIs and develop business reports and forecasts /li liExcellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (AS400 is a plus) /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pCaerano San Marco (TV) - on site position /p h3Salary package: /h3 pfrom ******€ + meal voucher + welfare /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
