The Role
Location:
Milan / Hybrid
We are looking for someone with the drive to prospect relentlessly, the curiosity to understand a transformative product, and the discipline to run a structured outbound motion every day.
Experience matters less than attitude and motivation.
What we need is someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and wants to grow into a closing role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting
Pipeline Generation:
Identify and engage target accounts within defined ICPs through cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Sequencing & Messaging:
Build and iterate on outbound sequences.
Test subject lines, hooks, and angles.
Double down on what works.
Account Research:
Go into every outreach knowing the company, the person,
and the likely pain point.
No spray and pray.
Leverage the world's best GTM tech stack
2. Qualification & Handoff
Discovery Calls: Run first-touch conversations to qualify intent, uncover pain, and assess fit before handing off to AEs.
MEDDPICC Fundamentals: Capture the right information on every qualified lead, don't pass warm bodies, pass real opportunities.
CRM Hygiene: Log every touchpoint in the CRM.
Your activity is your accountability.
3. Collaboration & Growth
Founders Partnership: Work tightly with the founders and Account Executives to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and learn from deals in progress.
Feedback Loop: Share what you're hearing in the market.
Your conversations are a direct signal for product and positioning.
Playbook Building: Contribute to the outbound methodology as it takes shape.
Early hires leave fingerprints on everything.
Requirements
Outbound Mindset: You don't wait for leads.
You build pipeline from scratch and take ownership of your numbers.
Communication Skills: Able to write sharp, concise outreach and hold a credible conversation with a senior technical buyer.
Resilience & Discipline: Comfortable with rejection.
Consistent in execution.
You treat outbound as a craft, not a chore.
Technical Curiosity:
Enough interest in AI and automation to understand what you're selling and why it matters to the people you're calling.
Coachability: You act on feedback quickly.
You debrief your own calls.
You want to get better every week.
Nice to Have
Prior BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
Existing network or exposure to financial services and other regulated industries
