/li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pGalileo is a fast-growing renewable energy IPP, investor and operator, currently in the very dynamic start-up phase.
Since our foundation in ****, we have secured a pipeline of over 16 GW of solar PV, onshore wind, offshore wind and storage projects across 10 markets in Europe.
/p pWe are looking for a Finance Administration Analyst to manage payment activities and support accounting and administrative processes for all legal entities of the Galileo Group across Europe.
The role will work closely with the company's Treasury team to ensure that payments are accurate, properly authorized, and processed within the agreed deadlines.
This person will be based in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working) and report to the Accounting Manager.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liPrepare and manage payment proposals for suppliers and other company obligations; /li liVerify the completeness and accuracy of payment documentation; /li liEnsure that purchase orders, invoices and payments have followed the appropriate approval process; /li liCoordinate payment schedules and deadlines with the Treasury team; /li liReconcile payment transactions and investigate any discrepancies; /li liManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status and administrative matters; /li liAssociate purchase invoices with orders and verify their approval; /li liSupport accounting activities related to accounts payable and bank transactions; /li liAssist with month-end and year-end closing activities; /li liContribute to the improvement and automation of payment and administrative processes.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pWhat you'll need: /p ul liAt least 2 years of experience in procurement,



finance or accounting roles; /li liDiploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Accounting or Finance subjects; /li liGood knowledge of the English Language (especially written); /li liVery good communication skills; /li liAptitude for problem solving and ability to work in a team.
