FIAMM Energy Technology seeks a Senior Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead cross-site CI initiatives across Avezzano and Veronella.
You will drive end-to-end improvements from paste/curing to assembly, charging, and logistics, focusing on OEE, labor productivity, scrap reduction, and material efficiency.
You will implement Lean/CI methods, standardize practices, and shape the automation roadmap with robotics and intralogistics.
