Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Framework) and/or .
NET.
Experience designing and developing microservices-based and event-driven architectures (REST APIs, containers, message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).
Proven experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, with a focus on integrating, extending, or customizing IAM platforms through software development.
Proven experience working with authentication and identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende, or similar solutions.
Strong knowledge and practical application of modern authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML.
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
Experience in the authorization domain, including policy modelling and implementation using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or similar technologies will be considered a plus.

Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing software solutions within a cloud-native, event-driven microservices architecture, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) integration and customization.
Proficient in modern authentication protocols and experienced in CI/CD practices for continuous improvement of IAM services.
