Position: ACPV is looking for a
Business Development Officer
to be included in our Business Development team.
The role will involve identifying and managing commercial opportunities aligned with the company's market positioning strategy.
The selected candidate will work in close coordination with internal stakeholders and in synergy with the in-house Tender Office.
The role will include a range of activities such as:
Researching and monitoring public and private tenders and other business opportunities in line with ACPV's strategic goals
Coordinating with the in-house Tender Office, particularly for the management of invited competitions, private tenders, and unsolicited applications
Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ/PQQ) and supplier registration forms aimed at generating new business opportunities
Analyzing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs, etc.)
to support the New Business team in meeting deadlines and requirements
Drafting and assembling technical and financial proposals, including attachments such as references, fee breakdowns, and resource schedules, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Updating Business Development databases (CRM, projects, consultants, contacts)
Supporting the organization and maintenance of the Business Development archive (case studies, methodological reports, etc.)
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within architecture firms, engineering or construction companies
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independently
Knowledge of public and private tender processes
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valued
