Contribute to regional marketing strategy through in-market insights and technical execution perspectives
Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with Sales
Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events
Serve as event "captain" by driving audience engagement, event messaging, and sales activation
Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution
Provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance
Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training
Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context
Foster close collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or sales role
Familiarity with the Italian market and business culture
Technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering audiences
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in Italian and English
Must be located in Milan, Italy
