ppAs Manager System Testing Certification, you will lead a team of test engineers responsible for validating, qualifying, and certifying new products before market release.
Your mission is to ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements through robust, efficient, and risk-based testing and certification activities.
/p h3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liDefine and drive the overall System Testing Certification strategy aligned with product requirements and the RD roadmap /li liLead the planning and execution of system validation, qualification, and certification activities throughout the product development lifecycle /li liDefine and manage Validation Plans (DVPR), Type Tests, Qualification Programs, and Certification Plans in compliance with applicable standards (e.g. IEC, ISO, UL) /li liEnsure full traceability between product requirements, validation activities, test results, identified issues, and certification evidence /li liDevelop risk-based validation strategies balancing coverage, laboratory utilization, compliance requirements, and time-to-market /li liDrive issue resolution during validation, including root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions /li liCollaborate with engineering teams, external laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities /li liPromote advanced testing methodologies, laboratory technologies, automation, and data-driven validation approaches /li liEnsure quality, accuracy, and completeness of validation reports, certification documentation, and compliance evidence /li liLead, coach, and develop the assigned Testing Certification team while optimizing resources, laboratory capacity, and project priorities /li /ul h3bYOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /b /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field /li liProven leadership experience in testing,
validation, qualification, and certification environments /li liExperience within power electronics, EV charging infrastructure, automotive, or similarly regulated industries /li liHands-on experience working in V-Model-based product development environments /li liStrong knowledge of validation methodologies, DVPR development, qualification testing, and certification processes /li liDeep understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks (IEC, ISO, UL, EMC, Electrical Safety, Environmental and Reliability Testing) /li liFamiliarity with modern laboratory equipment, automated testing environments, and data-driven validation approaches /li liProject and stakeholder management capabilities /li liStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills /li liAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities across multiple development programs /li liFluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plus /li /ul h3bOUR COMMITMENT /b /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liTotal compensation starting from € 74,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul pThe compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
