/b /p h3bYour Key Responsibilities /b /h3 pYou'll be the operational backbone for the CEO, CTO, CRO, and Sales Director — keeping their time, priorities, and commitments moving without friction.
This is a high-trust, high-context role at a company scaling fast across Italy, Germany, and Spain, with frequent travel across Europe and the US.

or declined /p /li lipResolve conflicts proactively before they surface; protect focus time and prep windows /p /li lipCoordinate across time zones for international meetings, investor calls, and cross?market work /p /li /ul pbTravel logistics /b /p ullipPlan and book complex multi?leg travel across Europe and the US — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas where needed /p /li lipBuild detailed itineraries; anticipate disruptions and hold contingency options /p /li lipManage expense reporting and reconciliation for all four executives /p /li /ul pbMeetings communications /b /p ullipPrepare agendas, briefing notes, and pre?reads; capture actions and drive follow?up to closure /p /li lipCoordinate board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites end to end /p /li lipDraft, screen, and prioritize correspondence; act as a filter and first point of contact /p /li /ul pbOperations projects /b /p ullipCoordinate cross?functional initiatives on behalf of the executives, tracking deliverables and unblocking bottlenecks /p /li lipOrganize internal and external events (team gatherings, investor visits, client dinners) /p /li lipHandle confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information with total discretion /p /li /ul h3bWhat We're Looking For /b /h3 ullip3+ years supporting C?level executives, ideally in a high?growth startup, VC/PE, or consulting environment /p /li lipFluent English and Italian,
