Your mission will be to develop customized sales pipelines, design impactful promotions, and ensure seamless execution during key events like Prime Day and Black Friday.

The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
/p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liCraft compelling value proposition to onboard new selling partners /li liLeverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities /li liDevelop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection,
and availability /li liCollaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize Customer experience and sales /li liEducate Sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency /li liTrack and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above /li liKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) /li liExperience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in sales/business development /li liAbility to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment /li liCustomer-centric approach with attention to detail /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in e-commerce, retail or advertising /li liKnowledge of SQL /li liExperience in account management, business development, or consulting /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
