ph3Production Manager /h3 pThe Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimising manufacturing operations within the assigned production plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and continuous improvement targets are achieved.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ulliPlan and supervise daily production activities in line with production schedules.
/li liManage and optimise production resources, including people, equipment and materials.
/li liMonitor key production KPIs such as output, efficiency, scrap, downtime and yield.
/li liLead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
/li liPromote Lean Manufacturing principles across production activities.
/li liSupport capacity improvements through optimisation of equipment, processes and workflows.
/li liEnsure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards.
/li liManage and develop the production team,



including approximately 60 employees across three shifts.
/li liMaintain accurate production data and reporting.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field.
/li liPrevious experience managing production within a structured manufacturing environment.
/li liStrong knowledge of industrial KPIs, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
/li liProven people leadership and organisational skills.
/li liAbility to work cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain.
/li liGood communication and problem-solving skills.
/li liGood knowledge of English.
/li /ul pThe role has direct responsibility for the operational performance of the assigned manufacturing plant.
