/p h3About the Role /h3 pReporting to the Country Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will join the European Regulatory Affairs Team, taking responsibility for regulatory activities in Italy and Malta.
This role offers broad exposure to European and zonal regulatory projects, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to contribute to key strategic decisions in a dynamic international environment.
/p h3What You Can Expect /h3 ul liPreparation and timely submission of registration dossiers to Italian and Maltese competent authorities, ensuring full compliance with Italian, Maltese, and European legislation.
/li liFull ownership of an assigned product portfolio, ensuring correct labelling, regulatory compliance, and maintenance of registrations.
/li liClose cooperation with internal business units to support decision-making and maximize project outcomes.
/li liCross-support to other Southern European (SEU) countries as required.
/li liRepresentation of ADAMA in official bodies, authorities, and national associations.
/li liProject Management responsibilities at European and zonal level, including: ul liIdentification of registration requirements to obtain or maintain approval of formulated products.
/li liParticipation in project teams where critical regulatory and business decisions are made.




/li liProviding regulatory input to define registration strategies aligned with zonal requirements and business priorities.
/li liCommunication with internal and external stakeholders.
/li liReview of dossiers in line with EU requirements and accepted national refinements (no dossier writing).
/li liReview of Preliminary Risk Assessments.
/li /ul /li liMaintenance of internal databases and proper storage of regulatory information.
/li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Toxicology, Environmental Science, Safety Assessment of Xenobiotics, Agronomy, Biology, or a related field.
/li liMinimum 4 years' experience in registration of Crop Protection Products (PPP) in a Southern Zone country.
/li liProject management experience is considered an advantage.
/li liStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
/li liTeam-oriented mindset, openness to change, and strong communication skills.
/li liAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
/li liSolid knowledge of PPP regulations and understanding of registration dossiers.
/li liKnowledge of fertiliser and biostimulant regulations (EU and national) is a plus.
/li liNative Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of other Latin languages is an advantage.
