We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes.
/p h3The Role /h3 pThe Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet internal standards, customer requirements and international quality regulations.
/p pWorking closely with Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, the role combines process improvement, project management and audit activities to strengthen operational performance and promote a quality-driven culture throughout the organization.
/p pReports to : Quality Director /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pQuality Management System /p ulliSupport the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems.
/liliContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
/li /ul pProcess Improvement /p ulliAnalyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
/liliSupport cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
/li /ul pAudits Compliance /p ulliPlan and perform internal process and system audits.
/liliSupport customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
/li /ul pQuality Assurance /p ulliMonitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
/liliSupport root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
/li /ul pCustomer Quality Support /p ulliSupport customer quality activities during plant visits and audits.
/liliCollaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities.
/liliPrepare quality documentation and certificates of conformity when required.
/li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
/liliGood knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
/liliUnderstanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
/liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
/liliAvailability for occasional business travel.

/li /ul h3It is considered a plus : /h3 ulliPrevious experience in Quality Engineering or Process Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
/liliKnowledge of ISO **** and internal auditing methodologies.
/liliExperience with APQP, PPAP, 8D or Lean Manufacturing tools.
/liliFamiliarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
