/b /pulliIndependently resolve on-site incidents and service requests /liliProvide VIP user support /liliDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support /liliPerform meeting room AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's) /liliAct as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams /liliManage printer and MFP support /liliSupport PC refresh activities /liliManage ticketing system /liliEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) /liliLocal stock management /li /ulpbr/ppbLocation /b: Legnago (Verona - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby /ppbContract /b: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent) /ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbr/pulli2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role /liliExperience in OS,
