ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a bSenior Project Manager /b.
Reporting to the bProgramme Director /b, the successful candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.) /li liServe as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables /li liDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements /li liMonitor the progress and performance of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks /li liFacilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear and timely communication of project updates to all stakeholders /li liMaintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle /li liCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery /li liSupport the management of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high standards of execution /li liContribute to the optimization of project workflows, processes, and collaboration across teams /li liChampion best practices in project management and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows,
and integrated campaign delivery /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills /li liProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and business needs /li liDemonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners in fast-paced environments /li liStrong ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects through to successful completion /li liHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure /li liProficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms /li liExperience with project budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management is considered a strong plus /li liPMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liContinuous Development: Personalized learning and development opportunities available at every stage of your career.

/li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pbAnnual Gross Salary Range (RAL) /b €47,000 – €52,000 /p ul liThe salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
/li liThe indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication.
