and priorities across multiple workstreams.Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting.Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects.Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Fluent in English.Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to have:Background in finance, economics, or consulting (Big4).
Experience in scaleups or fintech environments (BaaS, payments, digital banking).
