The Cilea Opera Festival is hosting an international singing competition in Reggio Calabria, Italy, from November 4 to 6, ****.
The competition offers a total prize pool of €10,000, with various scholarships awarded to the top performers.
The first prize is a scholarship of €2,000, the second prize is €1,500, and the third prize is €1,000.
Additionally, there are special awards, including a €500 scholarship for the best performance of a Cilea chamber aria and another €500 scholarship offered by the Giulia Chiarella family.
Winners may also have opportunities for engagements in the upcoming concert season of the Cilea Theater Orchestra.
