Job Description
Your next challenge: create the future of Pescara Plant Operations
You'll join our Pescara Plant Operations, where ideas are built into real solutions that transform the way we manufacture and move products across the world.
Whatyou’llbe empowered to do
- Analyze and optimize production flows and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce scrap across the supply chain.
- Apply lean production methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in key production drivers.
- Actively contribute to company projects, delivering immediate business value.
- A competitive monthly internship allowance (ranging from € 800,00 to € 1.200,00, depending on your residence location)

Your technical playground
- Master'sdegree in Management/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and confidence communicating in an international environment
