- Schedule, arrange and organize meetings, appointments (global stakeholders)
- Document and file meeting minutes; monitor and track open action items and timely delivery thereof
- Internal communication within the project and across the global organization
- Research, gathering and preparation of information **What you bring to the team**:



- You're studying a Master's degree of Business Administration, Project Management, HR & Change
- Preferably previous experience in project management, corporate communication, change & transformation, strategy,
- Basics in corporate communication, project management
- Fluent English, basic Microsoft Office; SharePoint & Teams is appreciated
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, reliability **We offer**
