**Your responsibilities**
- ** SAP Materials Management**: - Manage and maintain SAP Material Management (MM) modules to oversee the procurement, inventory management and material master data functions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistent material management practices.
- **Material Requirements Planning (MRP)**: - Lead MRP initiatives in the Retail sector, to ensure timely material planning and procurement to meet retail needs.
- Support Business on MRP topics and strategies to minimize lead times, reduce excess inventory and meet demand.
- **Purchasing and Procurement**: - Oversee SAP Purchasing (MM-PUR) modules, managing the end-to-end procurement process, supplier relationships and contract management.
- Implement best practices for procurement processes, cost optimization, and supplier performance management.
- **Configuration and Customization**: - Configuration and customization on SAP modules are in charge of External supplier managed from the IT team
- Implement enhancements and automation to improve efficiency collecting Business requirements and sharing with external IT Suppliers change request
- **Collaboration**: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including Procurement, Sourcing and Planning, to optimize material planning, purchasing, and inventory levels on Technology point of view.
- **Upgrades, Enhancements and Projects**: - Involvement in Transformation Retail project about Operations changes about purchasing demand products for Ecommerce, Retail and Omnichannel sales. **Experience required**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in working with SAP Material Management (MM) and Purchasing modules (P2P).
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, and MRP principles.
- Proven experience in integration between SAP and other legacy systems (Vendor Supplier Portal or PLM master data).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of PLM and TESI SRM Vendor Portal is a Plus. **Location**: Bergamo - hybrid (with the possibility to go to the Milan office once a week).
