Internship Supply Chain Moto Production Planning

**Key Accountabilities**:
The applicant will join the Supply Chain Moto team specifically dealing with Production Planning, giving support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short
- and medium-term sales goals. In this role, the applicant will be challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity and to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment. In particular, the intern will support his/her tutor in the following activities: - Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation;
- Collaboration with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment service level;
- Drafting of Reports and new KPIs;
- Driving improvements by generating process and procedure documents for new activities;




- Working closely with Production Schedulers to support on area’s shared goals and troubleshooting;
- Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts. Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and interface with various stakeholders. Studies & Degree Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Language Fluency in English and Italian Digital / IT Skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
