Role Description This full-time Trainee role at Lexchance is an on-site position based in Turin. The trainee will support daily operations by assisting with document preparation, data entry, and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include organizing files, updating internal records, and coordinating with team members to ensure accurate and timely workflow. The role also involves participating in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items under the guidance of senior staff. The trainee will be encouraged to learn company processes, contribute to ongoing projects, and gradually take on more complex tasks as skills develop.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
with a professional and clear style
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools)
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to new procedures and tools
- Capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and follow established guidelines
- Strong time-management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
- Educational background in a relevant field (e.g., business, administration, law, or related areas) is an advantage
- Basic English language skills; additional language abilities are a plus
