We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager, Northwest Italy. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
The role involves working closely with end users and the distributor network to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as training and supporting the distributors’ sales teams to ensure successful execution in the field.
The position will be based in Northwest Italy.
Your professional profile:
- A three-year higher education qualification in business or equivalent experience,
- At least five years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally gained in the industrial sector,
- Proficient in consultative sales techniques,
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM system,
- English at B2 level or above,
- Living in the local area.
