We are currently looking for a Point Of Sales (POS) Materials & Gadget Buyer to be temporary part of our Region Italy Procurement Team as maternity leave replacement **Main Responsibilities**:
You'll conduct local market analysis
You'll manage cross-functional projects (development, sourcing, tender process, negotiation, contract),
in close partnership with main Business functions
You'll achieve economic and/or qualitative targets for each project
You'll track sourcing event baseline and efficiencies (savings)
You'll monitor internal KPIs and analyze financial variances under buyers’ supervision
You'll define, in collaboration with Business and Legal support, contract terms to reduce and mitigate financial and legal risk
You'll prepare with business partner analysis and scenarios to support negotiation
You'll manage contracts negotiation, administration, and contract lifecycle.
You'll reflect category strategy into contracts (KPIs and SLAs)
You'll monitor contract KPIs and special conditions **Who we are looking for**:
You're graduate, preferably in Engineering or Business Management
You're experienced in team working, problem solving and criticalities management
You've attention to details and strong proactivity
You're knowledgeable about Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
You're fluent in English and in Italian.
You're a person able to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
