We’re looking for a talented Project Manager for digital projects in Data Analytics for Manufacturing and Service Companies. **Responsibilities**:
He/she will primarily be responsible for managing implementation of Data Analytics and Decision Support System projects for our customers, from feasibility study to project definition and execution, delivering them on time. **Tasks**: - Gather and identify Customer voices.
- Customer Business Process Analysis.
- Project Planning; Feasibility study, Project requirements, and Project definition.
- Project Tracking & Risk/Issue Management; Managing project execution ensuring quality controls to deliver the requirements.
- Ensuring your projects are delivered in line with agreed commercial terms
- Proactively identifying and managing changes in project scope
- Identifying and managing risks for complex projects and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
- Leading, motivating and clearly communicating with customer and internal team to ensure the required outcomes are achieved.
- Managing 2-3 projects at any one time (based on project size) **Qualification**: - BA in Computer Science and Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
- Experience in Digital Transformation Projects and/or Business Intelligence Platforms
- Evidence of successful project delivery, ideally within manufacturing and services companies, from SMEs to Large Enterprises
- A passionate, results orientated individual with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience of successfully working in a customer facing role
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies
- Project Governance
- Able to present complex ideas clearly
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness (Italian)
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with the team
- Knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Scientist skills
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts
- Languages Spoken: Italian and English
