The modules you build will end up inside semiconductor equipment, medical systems and aerospace applications. For one of the leading high-tech manufacturers in Tech Region Twente , we are looking for a Cleanroom Technician . You will build innovative modules and complete machines from the ground up, in a controlled environment where precision is the product.
Whether you are already in the Netherlands or reading this from abroad, Motus People takes care of the rest. You work alongside colleagues to build, mount and assemble high-tech modules and complete machines. Every system leaves the cleanroom tested, measured, documented and ready for a customer who will notice anything you missed.
Mounting and assembling mechanical and electrotechnical components into modules and complete systems Working from technical drawings and product documentation, down to the last tolerance Performing measurements and recording results to safeguard product quality Testing, adjusting and inspecting systems before they are released to the customer Thinking along with your team about improvements to the assembly process Day shift: you start between 07:00 and 09:00. Two-shift rotation (+20%): Week 1: Monday–Thursday 05:45–14:30 | Friday 05:45–12:00 Week 2: Monday–Thursday 14:15–00:00 | Friday 11:45–17:45 A technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification — mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics — or an equivalent international diploma You work well with colleagues, and you can also find your own way without being told twice You want to keep developing and learning new techniques Good command of English, spoken and written. Dutch is a plus,
not a requirement Living in the Netherlands, or ready to relocate here Experience in a cleanroom, medical device or precision assembly environment is a real advantage, but a demonstrable feel for precision work weighs heavier than the number of years behind it. 3.200 – € 3.750 gross per month , based on your experience ~ Choose your own rhythm: stay on day shift, or earn 20% more in the two-shift rotation — up to roughly € 4.500 gross per month ~8% holiday allowance, paid monthly ~A long-term assignment with a clear route to a permanent contract with our client ~ Full relocation support: housing, municipal registration, BSN, health insurance, bank account ~ Paid training in cleanroom protocols and the client's specific assembly processes ~ A dedicated Motus consultant who speaks your language and actually answers the phone ~ International colleagues who arrived exactly where you are standing now About the Company Our client is one of the most established high-tech manufacturers in Tech Region Twente: a contract manufacturer that develops and builds complex mechatronic systems and modules for customers in the semiconductor, medical and aerospace sectors.
