- OperationsAre you an expert in the logistic field? Let’s talk! We are looking for a **Operatiuons Supervisor** to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Basiano (MI). **YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**: - Planning, organizing, and directing daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to operations team leaders for smooth workflow
- Monitoring and tracking progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Supervising and training operations staff to maximize performance and development
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols for a secure work environment
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of operations activities **WHO YOU ARE**: - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- You have proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- You have strong knowledge of logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
- You are fluent in English and Arabic
- You are proficient in using logistics management software and technology tools
