The Director, Strategy and Transformation will report directly to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (“CSTO”), Group Wealth, and will support the development and execution of Prudential Wealth’s enterprise strategy across the Group. The role will lead strategic planning, transformation portfolio governance and value realization across Wealth, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into executable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones and outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders across Distribution, Product, Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk and Local Business Units (“LBUs”), the Director will drive alignment and execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role will also support the CSTO in shaping strategies relevant to High Net Worth (“HNW”) and Ultra High Net Wealth (“UHNW”) businesses, including international distribution, Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance structures, capital-efficient growth and the execution of Wealth strategies across Hong Kong, Singapore and other participating markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and PlanningSupport the CSTO and Wealth Executive Committee in developing and refining the long-term Wealth strategy. Lead strategic planning, business planning, budgeting, ACR management processes and translate Group and Wealth priorities into actionable plans and transformation
