STAM is looking for a Software Engineer/Developer to join its office in Genoa within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area.MAIN ACTIVITIES

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person, interested in the digital world at 360 degrees, willing to bring her/his own skills within the team and to gain further knowledge and skills related to development (frontend and backend) and design of web-based solutions, with involvement in:

- All the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle for the development of web-based solutions for their clients;

- Proposal preparation. Within the company’s RD&I; activities, the SW Engineer will take part in the preparation of technical proposals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;

- Up to two (or more) years’ experience in:
- Involvement in IT projects in the energy, infrastructure, or industry domain;

- Analysis and implementation of customer’s requirements for IT projects;

- System design architecture and integration for IT projects;

- Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process
- Good technical skillset:

- Required : ability to create responsive web interfaces;

- Required : knowledge of Java or Python;

- Required : knowledge of MySql (or at least another database engine);

- Required : experience in HTML5, CSS3;

- Welcomed : experience in agile teams;

- Welcomed : knowledge of Spring Framework;

- Welcomed : knowledge of Angular;

- Welcomed : experience with Wordpress and Woocommerce;

- Welcomed : knowledge and usage of development, project management,



and team communication tools: Gitlab, Jira, Trello (or Asana), Slack;

- Welcomed : some experience in developing web and advertising creativity (landing pages, mini sites, responsive HTML5 banners);

- Welcomed : knowledge of ML algorithms.
- Knowledge of testing and validation activities;

- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;

- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail;

- Good knowledge of the English language and experience in drafting project documentation.

Indicative annual gross salary: 33-42K euro
