About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team starting in July & August. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach. Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken. English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. Full-time position (40 hours per week), working 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Flight ticket reimbursement in accordance with company policy.
