Mister Worker® is now a strong international business, with a subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand, and customers all over the world. **Job Overview** We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Junior SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our ongoing success by enhancing our online visibility and search engine optimization efforts. **Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement and optimize SEO strategies, increasing organic search visibility and rankings across major search engines.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and prepare detailed monthly reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance our domain authority and improve search engine ranking.
- Manage external content creators and translators of SEO content, ensuring accuracy and optimization in all languages offered by our e-commerce platform.
- Oversee our collaboration with an external SEO agency to align strategies and ensure that our SEO goals are met efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and changes to maintain and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance user experience (UX) on the website by collaborating with the web development team to ensure that SEO practices are integrated with UX improvements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure SEO strategies align with overall marketing goals. **Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Foreign languages, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio and SEO tools.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
