What You’ll Be Doing: Be the voice of top global companies for your language market
Provide exceptional support across phone, chat, and email
Drive engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality
What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Italian, French, German, or Dutch (C1/C2 level)
experience in customer service, telesales is a plus
