In this Milan-based Program Coordinator role, you drive growth of the Italian market and help Cultural Care Au Pair become the largest and most trusted program globally. You work within a cross-functional regional team to hit sales targets, recruit and coach prospective au pairs, and support the local au pair community. You collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Zurich to deliver an excellent experience for every au pair. This position offers growth, international exposure, and the chance to shape the program’s presence in Italy.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- At least 6 months of experience living abroad (preferred)
- Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales
- Full proficiency in Italian and English
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
