This is our callingLet’s Talk about the RoleAs a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment.How You Will Make a Difference Manage and review monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing activities* Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants* Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual)
and ensure compliance with local regulations* Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations* Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines* Support internal and external audits* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy* Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional accounting activities* Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controlsSkills for Success You will have a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* A minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a multinational environment* You will demonstrate to possess a strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes) A solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes, a good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills You will be fluent in Italian and English* You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s in it for YouWe’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy, and commitment of our people.That’s why we offer:
