Jil Sander is looking for a Credit Analyst to join the Finance team at the Headquarters in Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily customer open positions, overdue balances, and the overall credit portfolio performance.
- Carry out collection activities (phone calls, emails, certified emails)



and independently manage client contacts for the recovery of overdue receivables, coordinating with the Sales Department.
- Manage the daily recording and reconciliation of incoming payments.
- Enter, update, and monitor customer credit limits based on internal policies and credit insurance guidelines (where applicable), as well as the latest regulations and sanctions (e.G., EU regulations on restrictions related to Russia).
- Block/unblock orders and deliveries according to company procedures and the customer’s risk profile, in coordination with Sales Management and Customer Service.
- Prepare and negotiate Letters of Credit / CAD (Cash Against Documents).
- Maintain an updated archive of communications and activities related to clients.
- Prepare periodic reports on DSO, aging lists, exposure, collections performance, and other KPIs.
