Overview The Customer Service Intern will support Beontag's customer service operations, acting as an interface between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance.
This role will contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience by supporting order handling activities, monitoring delivery commitments, assisting with customer requests and helping ensure smooth communication throughout the order-to-invoice process. We are looking for an intern who is eager to learn in a dynamic and multicultural environment, with strong attention to detail and willingness to collaborate across different areas.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to international customer service routines, order management processes and cross-functional operations within a global company. Responsibilities
- Support on Process Customer Purchase Orders including completing all needed steps to close Order-Delivery-Invoicing process.
- Support on informing final customer about their correct planning and on-time shipments.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize flows and processes.
- To check sales pricing against
