- To develop enduring relationships with clients
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices




- To understand andbe able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
- To handle returnsof merchandise
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard
- To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xkiyazw The Candidate:Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated
- Retail or serviceindustry experience
- Great customer service and people skills
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues
- Good standard of numeracy and problem solving
