Ready to modernize medicine with us? Job Description Summary The Senior Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
Support Specialist manages the full QTC lifecycle for named and high-value enterprise accounts, serving as a key driver of operational accuracy and revenue retention. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end workflows—from new customer onboardings, upsells, and price increases to enterprise renewals and buyout negotiations.
By bridging system precision with strategic cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure contract execution, pricing alignment, and seamless support across key accounts. Manage the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle for named and enterprise accounts, handling workflows for new customers, upsells, renewals, and ongoing retention initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations for enterprise renewals and at-risk accounts, including structuring and executing early termination buyout agreements.
Execute enterprise and strategic price increases while supporting quoting workflows across Customer Success
