Key Account Manager, Closures EMEA Aptar is seeking a Key Account Manager for Closures EMEA. This role is esponsible for managing and growing a base of existing key accounts, along with activating new potential prospects within the region to meet revenue and profitability growth targets, developing new business through creating and applying strategies consistent with the overall segment strategy. As a Key Account Manager, you will: Manage customer relationship through: developing strong and lasting relationships with portfolio of key accounts ensuring regular monitoring of customer needs and issues ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, contracts and renewals promoting innovations visiting customers regularly in order to maintain a close relationship collaborating with the operational, marketing, finance and customer service teams to ensure optimal execution of customer commitments coordinating resolution of problems raised by customers carrying out S&OP; with Aptar sites with the monitoring of customer forecasts monitoring and analyzing the turnover and profitability on the perimeter by site,
