- Managing the agenda, planning attendance at meetings and appointments.
- Organising meetings and events, both internal and external, with customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to facilitate the communication of information and the progress of activities.
- Manage and filter correspondence, phone calls and visits.
- Organise travel, trips and bookings.
- Remind the boss of appointments and deadlines.



**Must have**: - Good knowledge of english and another European language
- Office package autonomy: Excel, Outlook
- Buona capacità di comunicazione e relazionali.
- Good knowledge of Italian **Nice to Have**: - Passion for technology
