We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management System - Support the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
- Process Improvement - Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
- Audits & Compliance - Plan and perform internal process and system audits.
- Support customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance - Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management.
- Support root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Customer Quality Support - Support customer quality activities during plant visits and audits.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities.
- Prepare quality documentation and certificates of conformity when required.
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Availability for occasional business travel.
