Brain Technologies is searching for:
**Project Coordinator** to support the optimization of resources, prototypes, and equipment, as well as to identify and resolve critical points of planned projects. The role will also be responsible for gathering and releasing project status documentation. **Main Responsibilities**:



- Attend alignment meetings with global teams to collect updates on changes in plans and timelines for various projects.
- Update project timelines using Microsoft Project (data entry).
- Monitor ongoing and future activities (prototype availability, status, etc.) to highlight potential delays or risks to the Project Coordinator.
- Work with Excel and Power BI to extract useful information for the Project Coordinator. **Requisiti**: - Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office365, particularly Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. **Language Requirements**: - Fluent in English. **What we offer**: - An employment contract commensurate with your profile
